Frequently Asked Questions

  • I am out of network for all insurance as well as Medicare. I am happy to provide a superbill each month that you can submit to your insurance. Please check with your insurance aide of time to see if you have out of network benefits.

  • I presently have an office in Irvine, California that I use for testing. It is conveniently located off I-405 in Irvine Business District, just north of Newport Beach. The address is 19712 MacArthur Blvd Suite 110, Irvine, CA 92612. If you do not live close to Irvine, parts of the testing can be completed virtually.

  • Sometimes it is not convenient to complete all of testing in person. For example, the interviews and objective measures can be completed virtually. I use “doxy me” for these sessions. Simply go to the link: https://doxy.me/drtracylee at the time of the session. Follow the cues and we can see each other and communicate in a confidential manner. If you prefer FaceTime, zoom, etc. just let me know. I simply need to you sign a waiver for use of unencrypted communication and we can use your preferred form of communication. (The form for unencrypted communication will automatically be designated to your portal account once it is set up.)

  • Yes, I conduct psychological testing evaluations in Irvine, CA. Psychotherapy is typically virtual as I have found this is most convenient for clients and I am able to offer more flexibility in scheduling this way.

  • Fees are based on the type of service as well as the amount of time it takes to complete the service. In general, testing is $240 per hour. For more details, click here.

  • The first appointment is a 60 minute virtual parent interview (please do not bring children). During this session, I listen carefully to understand the parent’s concerns and explore the developmental history and testing questions. I will recommend the type and number of tests needed for the psychological assessment. Then, we schedule the testing with the child. Completing the parent portion first allows me to focus on developing rapport with the child, which is strategic for a thorough assessment.
